Atwell is growing, and we're seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join our **Land Solutions | Payment Services Team** in Southfield, MI.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Landowner Support**: Communicate with landowners, gather information, and route inquiries to Subject Matter Experts. Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain strong relationships.
- **Document Accuracy**: Conduct quality reviews, request supporting materials, and carefully review deeds, titles, and appraisals. Record memorandums with counties when needed.
- **Project Organization**: Collect, organize, and maintain project files in line with Atwell standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 1+ year of administrative experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
