Job Summary
">This is an exciting opportunity to support a Land Access and Approvals Program, undertaking administrative tasks, engagement, due diligence, and acquisition processes to facilitate land needs.
About the Role
- Support land options assessments, due diligence, analysis, and implementation of projects that require operational and future access matters.
- Project support function for coordination of internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Support internal approvals processes for land acquisition and access.
Key Requirements
- Exposure to land processes, leases, licences, and basic legal and government processes as they relate to land acquisition and access is required.
- Significant relevant experience or demonstrated experience supporting complex multi-stream projects is essential.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary.
- High proficiency with MS Office programs is expected.
- Exposure to utility, linear infrastructure, or mining industries is beneficial.
- A tertiary qualification in a related field is highly valued.
