Our client is a leading Automation Solutions Provider who work across a number of industries including manufacturing, FMCG, resources and many others. Their unique software solutions empowers clients with cutting-edge solutions to optimize their processes.
We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for their Australian operations to join their growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you\'ll combine your technical expertise with your love for problem-solving to help our customers unlock the full potential of their unique software.
You\'ll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients and system integrators through product implementations, delivering impactful technical demonstrations, and helping them thrive with cutting-edge automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical demonstrations and web demos showcasing Ignition\'s capabilities.
Host training sessions to educate customers and provide hands-on certification.
Assist in building customized solutions by analysing customer requirements.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events.
Proactively drive product adoption and foster relationships with enterprise accounts and integrators.
Collaborate on internal projects, support distributors, and contribute to building technical resources.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
4-7+ years in programming, databases, or automation & control systems.
Excellent communication, technical curiosity, and an ability to deliver engaging demos.
