**The Role**

Based in
**NSW,** our new Territory Manager will grow our business across the assigned territory through increasing market share, managing safe, efficient operations and driving exceptional customer experience.

You will manage a portfolio of nominated customers within your territory, prospecting business opportunities within existing customer accounts whilst also signing new gas customers to supply agreements. Your strong track record of BDM sales will hold you in good stead for this role.

**Duties**
- 100% safety first for self and others and following BOC safety practices in the working environment
- Increase profitability by effectively managing pricing and product substitution solutions
- Generate leads using a blend of cold calls, trade shows and internal/external sources
- Maintain an active up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and successes
- Build strong collaborative relationships with customers, team and BOC departments such as Commercial, customer service, credit and asset management, CES, Distribution and Marketing
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer service

**What we like about you**
- Previous experience in Sales industry - Gas, medical advantageous
- 3+ years Proven track record of BDM, B2B sales experience
- Driven to deliver on sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with proven performance to cost budgets
- Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
- Price and profitability management knowledge
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP, CRM)
- Current Driver's License is essential
