We are currently looking for a Contact Centre Operator to join us at our Brisbane Office in a Casual capacity.

**About the role**
- You will act as the point of contact in our inbound and outbound call centre
- Answer calls within a timely manner and with a high level of phone etiquette
- Treat customers with empathy, respect and provide a high-quality service to meet their needs
- Maintain customer records, utilising internal software systems

**About you**
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a call centre environment
- Be a clear and effective communicator with a professional phone etiquette
- Have outstanding customer service and uphold personal and professional integrity
- Attention to detail with good negotiation skills
- Have the flexibility to work various shifts
