Established in 2000, National Storage is one of Australasia's largest self-storage providers, tailoring self-storage solutions in 270+ storage centres across Australia and New Zealand.

we are looking for a Contact Centre Agent
to help us on our growth trajectory.
The Role:
Reporting to the Contact Centre Supervisor, our Contact Centre Agents play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the first point of contact, you'll assist customers in finding tailored storage solutions that meet their needs.
Based in our Brisbane CBD Contact Centre
, you'll be part of a vibrant, high-energy team, working closely with our Operations teams and Storage Centres across Australia and New Zealand. In this fast-paced, service-focused environment, you'll handle a range of customer enquiries—providing friendly, professional support to both new and existing customers.

What does the Roster look like in this Role?
- Monday: 10am - 5.30pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10am - 5pm
- Sunday: 8am - 4pm
- Rostered days off: Thursday and Saturday
What Does Success Look Like in this Role?
- Create a positive first impression by responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide friendly, high-quality service, offering accurate information and helpful advice
- Promote National Storage's products and services—such as insurance, storage, and vehicle hire—to drive customer conversions
- Build strong working relationships across the business, with a focus on supporting our Storage Centre teams
- Consistently meet individual performance targets while maintaining excellent call quality
About you:
- You're a natural relationship-builder with a genuine passion for helping others
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to show empathy, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes
- You thrive in a team environment but are equally confident working independently
- You bring a motivated and proactive approach to your role and team.
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
