Our Brisbane Head Office is looking for casual Contact Centre Operator (Data Entry) to join our team.

About the role
  • You will be tasked with reviewing customer applications including the handling of customers documents and personal information
  • Ensure applications are aligned with our company requirements
  • Respond to customer emails within a timely manner
  • Treat customers with empathy, respect and provide a high-quality service to meet their needs
  • Maintain customer records, utilising internal software systems.

  • You will have a high level of time management and organisational skills
  • An unwavering passion for customer service
  • Clear and effective communicator with a professional phone etiquette
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Able to provide a current National Police Clearance
