Our Brisbane Head Office is looking for casual Contact Centre Operators to join our team.

About the role
  • Answer calls within a timely manner and with a high level of phone etiquette
  • Treat customers with empathy, respect and provide a high-quality service
  • Work with each customer to identify how we can meet their needs
  • Upkeep client and contact register, utilising internal software systems
  • Maintain accurate notes on all customer interactions
About you
  • You will have a high level of time management and organisational skills
  • An unwavering passion for customer service
  • Clear and effective communicator with a professional phone etiquette
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Able to provide a current National Police Clearance
