What are we looking for?

Come and join our fast growing Medical Law team in the Perth Office. We are now seeking a talented and professional Legal Assistant on a full time basis.
- This role will help support and drive the practice. You will work closely with accredited specialist in their field. Your positive approach to work will be driven by your willingness to achieve successful outcomes. The major responsibilities for you in this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Liaising with medical professionals and other lawyers;
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis with sensitivity and empathy;
- Diary management;
- Generating & editing correspondence;
- Preparing briefs to counsel;
- Producing and filing various court documents;
- All other administrative tasks.

What will you bring?

To secure this rare opportunity, you will have:

- Previous experience as a legal assistant, personal assistant or legal secretary supporting a personal injury law team;- Exceptional communication and customer service
- An ability to deal sensitively with clients and show empathy when required;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems
- Previous experience in Medical Law will be highly advantageous.
