Medical Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Law specialist to join our team in Perth. As a leading personal injury and class actions law firm, we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our established Medical Law team across a range of matters, taking carriage of a file load. You will be responsible for managing a Medical Law practice, providing clear and concise legal advice, developing tailored approaches to clients, and identifying practical solutions to complex problems.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Medical Law
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • Capacity to listen to and empathise with clients and their families
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously and satisfactorily
  • Superior organisational skills
