Due to our ongoing growth, HHG Legal Group is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our busy Perth City office.

This is not just another admin role — we're looking for someone who sees themselves building a long-term career as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

This role will be:

  • Providing high-level legal and administrative support to 4-5 lawyers at one time
  • Drafting, editing, and preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
  • Managing diaries, schedules, and file administration
  • Contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic legal team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Based in WA
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in private practice
  • Strong organisational and client service skills
  • A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A career-focused Legal Assistant or Paralegal (not a stepping stone to becoming a lawyer)
