Excellent AV Integrator working in Audio Visual Fitout and New Build in **_Sydney._** At the cutting edge in the niche of the market, they currently have a range of projects in **Sydney **Education, Auditoriums, Commercial Office and other projects involving the AV / ICT Systems Integration.

**$100k plus super, Parking on Site - Western Sydney, Hybrid work option**

**About the Role**:
You will be someone who loves to support the Team in the Service Manager role - Maintaining the SLAs with clients and upselling existing clients. Work closely with Technicians and End Users to resolve issues and schedule work. With your background in Integrated Technology such as Security, AV, Fire or related you will excel at being an efficient and effective manager of the work flow.

- **Worked in a Service Manager role maintaining SLAs**:

- **Great at Upselling solutions to existing clients.**:
