You will play a key role in building the culture of our new team.About the roleYou will provide coordination and administrative support for the successful execution of Project Data Services projects, ensuring sooth operations across multiple defence bases statewide.Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinating activities related to the Project Data Services project close-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, proposals and progress reports.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards is upheld across project execution and documentation.Managing the Project Support Services inbox, responding to queries, and redirecting communications to appropriate personnel as required.Monitoring and liaising with the project teams across various defence bases of project timelines, updates, alerts and milestones to ensure alignment and effective communication.Supporting the PSS Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintain project records and uploading objective documents to relevant databases and systems, maintain data integrity and confidentiality.About youOur ideal candidate will have:3 years' experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably within Defence or similar sector.High level of attention to detail, organisational skills and confidentiality.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint and other relevant applications.Certificate IV in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.How to applyPlease submit your interest with the apply button where you will be directed to create a profile on our system.
