We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Customer Support Person to join our team based at our Wacol Branch.

As Technical Customer Support, you will play a vital role in our company's success by providing expert advice and support to our customers. While no prior sales experience is required, a strong foundation in truck parts or hydraulics is essential. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in identifying the right parts and hydraulics solutions for their needs.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Providing exceptional customer service through in-depth product knowledge and support.
- Collaborating with our sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Contributing to our positive and dynamic work environment.
- Assisting in Warehouse duties.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven experience in a Customer Service / Sales role
- Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry
- Previous experience in truck or hydraulics parts being highly regarded.
- Strong team working skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and be trained in sales techniques.
- A current driver's license is compulsory.
