
Commercial Growth Manager

The role of the Commercial Growth Manager is to develop and implement commercial strategy across digital inventory. Partnering with senior stakeholders across Brands, Product and Commercial Finance to develop opportunities for growth across yield, inventory, ad products and brands.
**What's the role?**
- Develop and support implementation of tactical revenue initiatives for new and revised products, site changes and channel mix to drive revenue growth across digital inventory
- Use analytics and operations support to provide better visibility & decision making to drive profitability
- Formulate strategies and provide recommendations based on current performance to ensure we hit targets, increase revenue potential and utilised digital inventory
- Use commercial mindset to support digital growth functions across the business and identify areas of opportunity to drive commercialisation
- Monitor and analyse key trends across the digital network to make key decisions and act as the commercial lead for inventory changes and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on both short and long term strategic plans
**Who you are**
- Methodical analytical mindset and comfortable working with large complex data sets
- Able to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources and make recommendations and/or decisions in a simple and effective manner
- Able to understand complex environments and easily explain the inner workings to stakeholders
- Ability to develop strong working relationships in complex organisational structures
- Ability to operate at all organisational levels, with a strong emphasis on senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Results orientated with a proven track record delivering against revenue and business objectives
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks without supervision
- Advanced use of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Previous experience working in digital media (desired)
- Strong quantitative background, with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Science/Engineering/Economics (desired)
