Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join our team in a newly created role.

This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within retail media.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of media planning, inventory, and commercialization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Bauble innovative media solutions that bring brands to life within the retailer.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Implement strategies to improve sell-through of production-heavy channels.
  • Support development of preferred supplier relationships for logistics and execution of retail media campaigns.
  • Contribute to media inventory and packaging strategy reviews and optimizations.
  • Ensure efficient campaign delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre, or category/partnership roles within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agencies.
  • A creative thinker capable of developing compelling media plans that embody brand attributes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in presentations to diverse audiences.
