**Let's talk about the roles and responsibilities**:
As a Laboratory Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in launching and integrating global systems for various projects, including Labvantage (LIMS), MODA (EM LIMS), Chromeleon (CDS), and Logilab SDMS, at the Resilience Laboratory located in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner in the strategic implementation of critical laboratory information management systems (LIMS) including Labvantage and MODA. Contribute to the deployment and integration of Chromeleon (CDS) and Logilab SDMS.
- Leverage in-depth expertise in LIMS (ideally with Labvantage and MODA proficiency) and Chromatography Data Systems (preferably Chromeleon) to provide comprehensive technical guidance and ensure optimal system functionality.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of system deployment methodologies, validation protocols, and ongoing support processes within a strictly regulated laboratory environment.
- Foster effective communication and knowledge transfer by collaborating with internal and external SMEs, potentially located in Europe or the US, to facilitate seamless system implementation and user adoption.
- Actively participate in system qualification activities, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, compliant documentation (both paper and electronic) to comprehensively support system qualification and ongoing operations.
- Proactively identify and manage discrepancies, proposing effective solutions that maintain regulatory compliance.
- Provide regular status reports on assigned activities to project leads, keeping them informed of progress and proactively escalating any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Actively participate in project meetings, contributing valuable insights and expertise to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in implementing, validating, and supporting LIMS and Chromatography Data Systems within highly regulated laboratory environments.
- Strong understanding of Quality Control (QC) business processes and their integration with laboratory information systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain accurate, compliant GMP documentation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
