Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our laboratory systems. As a Laboratory Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for launching and integrating global systems for various projects, including lab information management systems (LIMS), chromatography data systems (CDS), and other related technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to implement strategic plans, leveraging expertise in LIMS and CDS to provide technical guidance, and ensuring optimal system functionality within a strictly regulated laboratory environment.

You will also be responsible for fostering effective communication and knowledge transfer, collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts, and participating in system qualification activities to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in implementing, validating, and supporting LIMS and CDS within highly regulated laboratory environments.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Control (QC) business processes and their integration with laboratory information systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain accurate, compliant GMP documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
