**About the Role**
Silk Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. You will be reporting directly to HR Manager.
- Answer and direct incoming call in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for Executives.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Ordering of Uniforms for operations, stationery, and groceries for head office.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for CEO and Directors as required.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and logistics.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
**About You**
- Experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
