
Office Administrator

MES is currently seeking an experienced **Office Administrator** for a 3-month contract to work for our client, a Western Australian ASX-listed gold explorer, at their Perth-based office.
The focus of this role is to provide a reception service to multiple organisations sharing the same office, greeting and coordinating company visitors and staff. The receptionist is also responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support across the organisation effectively and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines;
- Attention to detail;
- A positive and welcoming demeanour;
- Professional and courteous telephone manner;
- Demonstrated willingness to assist and provide support;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Word).
**Position Duties**:
- Providing front office reception services;
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel or taking and passing on messages;
- Managing meeting room calendars and bookings;
- Maintaining appropriate records - for example updating internal telephone directories;
- Filing and drafting of client and internal documents;
- Maintaining and ordering office, kitchen, and stationery supplies;
- Undertaking other general administrative tasks as directed;
- Liaise with executive assistant to handle requests and queries from senior managers;
**Experience**: Proven experience as receptionist/administrative assistant.
**Duration**: 3 months
**Duty Roster**:Perth Based (Mon-Fri)
**Job Type**: Part-time
