An exciting role has become available in our office. As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the services and production team. Your duties will include managing reception duties, such as phone calls and emails, as well as supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities

This is a varied role within a manufacturing and engineering office. The ideal candidate will be grounded and supportive, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will provide professional and efficient administration support, engage with the shop floor to senior managers, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a professional and energetic persona, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. They will also possess excellent organisational and planning skills, high-level computer skills, including MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure to meet timelines.

They will have good phone manner and strong written and verbal English skills, as well as experience working in an industrial or factory environment (an advantage).
