About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active Local Products Lead Asia & Pacific. The Local Products Lead Asia & Pacific is responsible for ensuring that best practice in Product development and management across non-core products is embedded across the Asia and Pacific region.

Initially reporting to the Managing Director
- Asia & Pacific, this role will manage effectively through a matrix reporting structure, working closely with in-country Product resources. The role is a secondment/development assignment used to facilitate high performers in the region.

You'll be responsible for:
- Standardising our product approach across non-core products in Asia and Pacific.- Facilitating market reviews in all markets for local products, ensuring the level of investment in local products is commensurate with both the market opportunity and the absolute opportunity cost of off platform development.- Acting as a coach for product managers not on the core platform- Working closely with global products, UX, CDI teams.- Will have responsibility for "skunkworks" team to localise AI models.- Working closely with Senior Director-Global Product and the regional Strategy team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:- 5+ years' experience in a Product development/management position.- 3+ years' experience in legal information & technology environment (desirable).- Ability to manage costs and make commercially aligned decisions.- Ability to effectively manage in a (global) matrix organisation; without direct reporting relationships to key team members.- Experience building commercially sound business cases.- Project management experience and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership capabilities according to LexisNexis values.- Self-motivated, results-oriented with a willingness to contribute to team success.- Demonstrates superior interpersonal and organisational skills.- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.- Ability to engage at all levels in the organisation and externally.- Possesses strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and collaboration skills; and has excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels.- Independent self-motivated.
