About the Role

The Regional Growth Strategist will drive Compassion's growth strategy across Asia, cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships to advance the organisation's mission in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies in Asia, ensuring alignment with the global vision and local contexts.
  • Adapt strategies to diverse church cultures, economic conditions, and ministry opportunities across Asia.
  • Identify, mentor, and equip emerging and established Christian leaders while modelling organisational values.
  • Establish and manage high-value relationships with churches, Christian movements, ministries, and philanthropic partners.
