**About the Company.**

A well-known, Canberra builder known for delivering landmark residential developments is looking at taking on a Foreman. With multiple projects currently running and a steady pipeline, this firm has experienced strong growth in recent years and is looking at continuing growing their team with professional, and likeminded down to earth people.

**About the Position.**

Working alongside the Site Manager, you will commence employment driving the delivery of a landmark multi-residential development consisting of high-end apartments. You will work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate and manage trades. Over the course of this project, you will also be involved with the finishes trades to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

**Duties.**
- Manage Sub-contractors and Tradesmen
- Oversee onsite safety requirements
- Structures and finishes
- Aid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flow

**Skills & experience.**
- Trade qualification is advantageous
- Demonstrated project experience above $30M
- Ability to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
