As the primary representative for Coles in SA, we're offering a unique opportunity to be the face of our brand as our newly created Retail Leasing Manager.

This role provides the chance to take full ownership and autonomy. You'll have the freedom to drive relationships, negotiate leases, and strategically identify and pursue new opportunities, allowing you to leave your mark.

With a focus on embedding yourself in the local property market, you'll capitalise on existing deal momentum while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand Coles' presence and brand recognition in South Australia's property landscape.

**What you'll do**:

- Identify opportunities to negotiate and secure new and replacement stores.
- Develop property strategies for the existing network
- Help deliver new stores, acquisitions, lease renewals and store extensions
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords to secure favourable outcomes associated with landlord works and complex tenure arrangements
- Prepare board reports for approval, presentations & meeting materials.

**About you and your skills**:
Bringing maturity and experience, you're a dynamic Freehold Development Manager, Retail Leasing Manager, or Property Manager with demonstrated lease negotiation experience and a deep understanding of SA catchments and site selection criteria.

**You'll also have**:

- Proven experience developing relationships with major landowners / developers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A great existing network in place to leverage, whilst establishing new connections.
