Description: Are you a skilled professional with experience in retail leasing? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving results? We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Retail Leasing Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the tenancy mix and asset positioning of our retail centers.

  • Manage enquiries, conduct inspections, and handle the leasing process from start to finish.
  • Help shape tenancy mix and asset positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing tenants, addressing day-to-day needs.
  • Manage lease renewals, expiries, compliance, and other key milestones.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail leasing (landlords-side, agency, or REIT).
  • Confident communicator and negotiator - able to lead conversations, not just send emails.
  • Ability to build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for retail and delivering results.
  • Strong culture fit: team player, genuine, positive, resilient, and with a can-do attitude.
