About the Opportunity
A unique full-time Team Administrator role to join the Valuation & Advisory Division in a vibrant working environment. The Team Administrator is an essential and valued member of the team who ensures efficient delivery of priorities. Being pro-active, organised, and meticulous in attention to detail will be critical in supporting the team. This is a great opportunity for an Administrator looking to further develop and grow their skills within a supportive team, under the mentorship of highly experienced Administrators. Responsibilities
Provide timely, quality administrative services, including electronic filing, typing of general correspondence, copying, archiving, emailing and maintenance of registers/databases
Registering valuations jobs and creating files to established protocols
Responding to client enquiries on behalf of Valuers
Responsible for administration duties of Bank Valuation platforms on behalf of Valuers
Preparing and issuing tax invoices and purchase orders
Maintaining and updating office systems, procedures and processes
Responsible for supporting multiple team members
Undertaking tasks on behalf of the Director and assisting other administration as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar administration role
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
The ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
