What the role is all about
Day to day you can expect to deliver on the following:
- SME across multiple systems and tools including, but not limited to: Workday, Phenom, First Advantage, Trello, Slack, Miro, Canva-
- Management of background check audit process-
- Weekly reporting on talent metrics to include referrals, open roles, time to hire, gender, and more-
- Facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees across Talent Strategy & Experience-
- Supporting the case management of company-initiated visa sponsorships and labour market testing-
- Administration of Talent team events, catering, think tanks, ownership of Talent team ways of working-
- Coordination of Talent processes & workflow through Trello-
- Use of multiple Systems, reporting, excel, analytics, testing-
- Assessment of our policies, procedures, and processes, with the opportunity to get involved in service design projects-
- Participate in systems testing for our new Talent MarketplaceWho we're looking for- Previous experience supporting a Talent/HR team is desirable-
- Solid reporting skills, use of excel and the ability to work with a variety of systems and processes-
- Problem solving, critical thinking and being able to think outside the box with innovative ideas-
- An impeccable eye for detail; someone who is thorough and precise with strong writing skills-
- The ability to prioritise and manage workloads - it's a fast-paced environment-
- Strong communication skills required to work with stakeholders at all levels-
- Experience with Workday-
- CRM experience (not essential but advantageous)-
- The ability to digest information analytically and think objectivelyThe REA experience
