- ** Based in the Melbourne CBD**

The Lancemore Group is looking for an experienced Recruitment and People & Culture Coordinator to join the P&C team reporting to the Group Director of P&C. You will be working 3 days a week with a focus on talent acquisition including contract creation up to the onboarding phase. You will also be involved in HR system administration and coordination of processes and initiatives.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Conduct talent searches, research, and identify talent in our industry using our available tools and resources. This includes the full use of the Exp3ss Talent platform.
- Build talent pipelines and contribute in the succession planning process.
- Assist with general HR admin support.
- Assist the Group Director in planning and executing projects.
- Manage the HR systems (includes E-learning platform, Typsy & HR onboarding platform Flare) with administration and reporting.
- Manage and maintain the intranet site including information and communication.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Talented Administrator with a background in Human Resources/Recruitment practitioner, preferably from a customer-focused environment.
- Engaging, outgoing and friendly demeanour
- Have apassion to nurture and cultivate a culture to support others.
- Have strong organisational, task-management, creativity, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Possess strong computer skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and HR systems (Flare & Typsy experience is desirable but not required)
- Demonstrable previous experience working in the Hospitality industry would be highly regarded.
- Qualifications in Human Resources would be preferred.
- ** You will already have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia - No visa or sponsorship will be available for this role.**
