Job Role:

The Talent Operations Advisor plays a pivotal role across the talent spectrum, acting as the operational backbone of our talent function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key performance metrics, hiring forecasts, and data-driven insights that inform our strategy.
  • Manage our talent technology stack, including invoicing, troubleshooting, and support for platforms like Certn and Paradox.
  • Support strategic projects by coordinating key initiatives and preparing data-driven materials for talent reviews, workforce planning, succession planning, and our performance framework.
  • Optimise our talent attraction through data-driven sourcing strategies and employer brand refinement.
  • Provide coordination support for graduate programs and analysis needed to develop our employer brand and EVP.
  • Drive a data-led approach to proactively inform our talent decisions and upskill the wider team on tool utilization.
  • Streamline cross-functional talent processes with our P&C Centres of Excellence, driving continuous improvement and delivering a seamless experience.
