Reporting to the Senior Influencer Campaign Manager, the primary focus and responsibilities of Talent Campaign Coordinator is to support the Talent Team.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and coordinate social media influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer creative
- Follow up all creatives once actioned.
- Keep on track of campaign success via our internal reporting system.
- Suggest best pieces of content per campaign to run as ads.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign and report tracking by campaign
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Communicate professionally with customers, industry professionals, brands, and influencers to create a strong network and foster current relationships.
- Strong understanding of social media legal protocols and best practices. TGA requirements.
- Assist in any over and above PR and Talent help required (I.E. Attend and helping at events, preparing Influencer list to send out.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media platforms.
- A general interest in social media and current trends.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
