Senior Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the commercial operations function, ensuring compliance with policies and maximizing value for money.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of contract partners to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal senior leaders.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process within GTP, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policies and maximizing value for money.
- People leadership for immediate team and broader directorate, actively participating in Value & Portfolio Management leadership.
- Represent senior leaders as required including providing expert, actionable advice and recommendations to executives.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a large multi-disciplinary team in a service delivery environment while developing and operationalising commercial processes.
- Experience in leading and representing the team as a delegate for senior leadership to promote initiatives that enhance the value of government platforms, products, and services.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing long-term strategies to ensure value for money and service continuity aligned with platform requirements and budget.
