Job Title: ICT Infrastructure Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team. As an ICT Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the efficient operation and integration of all ICT infrastructure, including wireless and wired networks, VOIP, MFD, CCTV, security systems, audio visual, technology hardware, servers etc.
You will manage the technical aspects of all ICT systems, including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, ITSM tools, cyclical maintenance and other educational tools and platforms. You will also liaise with the Technology and Information Services team on infrastructure and system matters.
As an ICT Infrastructure Coordinator, you will develop and manage all third-party contractual relationships with vendors and service providers. You will provide necessary advice, support, and management to facilitate the effective and seamless integration of technology into teaching and learning.
You will also facilitate and develop a short- and long-term ICT plan for the site, which is supportive of the current and future needs of users. You will work with relevant staff in the provision of high-quality professional development for ICT platforms, services, and emerging and innovative technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study
NSW Working with Children Check
Appropriate demonstrated experience in infrastructure, network, and ICT projects
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and compliance, ability to work under pressure
