Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Change Manager on a contract for 10 months with potential extension.

**Position Overview**

Organisational Change Manager services will consist of, but are not limited to:

- Proactively communicate with and collaborate with Defence ERP team and internal HQJOC stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the HQJOC business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Facilitate the implementation and support of the processes associated with SAP Supply Chain Management and EAM activities.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document any HQJOC requirements
- Facilitate workshops with internal HQJOC business stakeholders to drive change management aspects of the Supply Chain and EAM activities
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; identify gaps, issues and work around solutions as required to ensure business continuity and readiness for ERP.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve business process problems. Understand SAP's Logistics, Sales and Distribution and Inventory Management modules
- Understand and support Supply Chain processes in the areas of Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Asset Management and Trade Compliance within a Defence context.
- Proactively work with the end-user community to improve business processes and procedures
- Works closely with the development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs
- Very good communication and presentation skills are Mandatory.
