We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to ensure the smooth and effective management of changes within the IT environment of Zone IT Solutions. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the change management process, including the assessment, planning, scheduling, and implementation of changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in change management, preferably within a large-scale IT environment
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing change management processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- ITIL certification is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
