About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our team. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless implementation of changes and releases, adhering to strict policies and procedures.

  • You will work closely with a small team from our Canberra client site to drive change initiatives forward.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing changes to meet operational requirements, coordinating changes effectively across multiple vendors, conducting governance activities, and ensuring strict adherence to Defence change and release policies.

Additionally, you will facilitate change reviews and approvals, manage the forward schedule of change, and identify and implement Continuous Service Improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess self-motivation, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Required skills and qualifications include ITIL V3 or V4 certification, understanding of ITIL processes, and familiarity with Defence ITSM processes.
