IPA recruitment is are currently seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday: 38 hours a week) **Customer Relations Administrator **to join our client based in Midland

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Highly personable and empathic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- TEAM orientated

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Fluent English (required)
