**THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining Fujifilm as a Presales Solutions Consultant will involve:

- Actively working with the Sales team to uncover, qualify and propose technology services opportunities and solutions that add real value to Codeblue customers.
- Queries from internal and external stakeholders are responded to quickly and accurately.
- Articulate and present statement of works, and solution design documents that are concise, well defined, and easily understood by Codeblue customers.
- Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with Customers, Sales staff, and Codeblue operations team.
- Provide training & consulting to customers where required.
- Assist with the creation of proposals and tender responses.
- Undertake discovery audits & service delivery discussions with potential customers.
- Assist in product & technical training to enable the sales team.

- Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, skilled in demonstration, consulting & training. When applicable public speaking & presentations
- Technical Prowess: a deep understanding of technical solutions, architectures, product features & function to deliver outcomes to clients
- Highly skilled in a range of technologies, including but not limited to;
- Public Cloud Architecture (Alibaba, Azure, AWS)
- Datacentre Infrastructure (Hyper-V, VMWare, Compute & storage, Switching)
- Network & Security (SD-WAN/SASE, NGFW, WiFi, Anti-Virus, Security Awareness, MFA)
- Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365, AzureAD, InTune, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Virtual Desktop (Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS Workspaces, Citrix, Remote Desktop)
- UCaaS (8x8, Teams, Zoom)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery (Azure, Veeam, SkyKick)
- Professional Services, Project Management, Transition
- Managed Services (ITSM, ITIL)
