As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are expanding our protected vehicles team are looking to hire passionate, driven and experienced Supply Chain Manager. The purpose of this position is to lead and manage the Supply Chain function as part of the Industrial Centre of Competence (ICC). The Industrial Supply Chain Manager is actively involved in the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP). You will lead the functional areas of demand planning (to consolidate the industrial needs of the various ordering entities (Business Lines / Projects); supply planning; procurement and logistics. You are in charge of professionalism across their scope of responsibility (definition of procedures, team development, knowledge management), and support of the Autonomous Production and/or Repair Units (APRUs) (support for objectives, responses to the Andon, etc) to guarantee their autonomy.

You are always aiming for optimal achievement of time, cost and quality whilst ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards are met, business continuity and customer satisfaction. You are actively involved in continuous improvement and you will guarantee the ICC contractual commitments are met as well as customer satisfaction.

**To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience**:

- Good knowledge of products and their manufacturing or repair processes.
- Knowledge of industrial management control and the MYB process.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain professions, inventory management and flow management methodologies.
- Implementation of continuous improvement and management tools (Lean: flow management, conducting Gemba Walks, Compass Room, Plan, Do Check Act (PDCA)).
- Practice of analytical and problem-solving techniques (PDCA).
- Extensive knowledge of industrial/supply chain IT & use of dashboards (analysis, decision support).
- Ensure that supply chain and industrial issues are considered in production and/or product repair, particularly with regard to procurement (legitimacy, influence, commitment).
- Share the vision and generate long-term commitment and know how to listen and mobilise resources in a context of mutual respect and trust.
- Enlist and empower others, promote diversity and show empathy. Act with agility, adjust behaviour in real-time and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
