About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, monitoring, issuing and re-ordering all items consumed by the hotel.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the supply chain process and be able to multitask to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Source, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers for food & beverage, hotel supplies and services.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality products and services in accordance with brand standards.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain accurate vendor records.
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for payment approvals and budget control.
