Northrop Grumman as the sustainment provider for the KC-30A Enterprise is responsible for the delivery of superior operations support and platform steward leadership for the most optimal value-for-money performance for our customer.

**Your Role**
As the driving force of our program's supply chain management, you will oversee a supply chain team divided into procurement and sourcing, planning, operations and governance. The Program Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the program's end to end supply chain considering all elements of the supply chain functional model.

Your role is critical in fostering collaborative relationships within the Supply Chain and Program teams throughout the NGA Enterprise. You will also manage relationships and performance outcomes with major Program suppliers and lead major sourcing and subcontracting efforts in coordination with the Subcontracts Team. Your strategic input is essential to achieving the Program's objectives, which include risk management, prioritisation, and enterprise-level implementation. In this role, you will also play a significant part in strategic decision-making and budgeting processes, representing the Supply Chain function as a key leader.
