Supply Chain Manager – QLD
to lead our end-to-end supply chain functions within Queensland operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations – QLD, you will oversee production planning, operational procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing across the state. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production, accurate stock management, and on-time delivery of products aligned with business forecasts.
This is a
state-based role
with no national contract or procurement responsibilities. However, you will work closely with our national procurement and market supply teams, supporting the execution of their strategies at a local level.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across QLD operations.
Lead the QLD Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance supply and demand.
Oversee day-to-day procurement of fresh produce, ingredients, packaging, and consumables.
Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability across QLD sites.
Manage production scheduling and planning accuracy for all Queensland manufacturing operations.
Lead logistics and warehouse coordination across QLD, ensuring efficient distribution, freight management, and DIFOT performance.
Lead and develop high-performing planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Deliver accurate KPI reporting including DIFOT, MUV, forecast adherence, and stock variances.
Drive local continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, cost, and reliability.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or logistics within FMCG or food manufacturing.
Proven leadership in a state-based or multi-site environment.
Strong ERP/MRP system skills with a focus on planning and inventory accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for accuracy, process improvement, and building high-performing teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
Experience in chilled or fresh food manufacturing.
Understanding of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning principles.
