Manage production scheduling and planning accuracy for all Queensland manufacturing operations.

Lead logistics and warehouse coordination across QLD, ensuring efficient distribution, freight management, and DIFOT performance.

Lead and develop high-performing planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Deliver accurate KPI reporting including DIFOT, MUV, forecast adherence, and stock variances.

Drive local continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, cost, and reliability.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or logistics within FMCG or food manufacturing.

Proven leadership in a state-based or multi-site environment.

Strong ERP/MRP system skills with a focus on planning and inventory accuracy.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A passion for accuracy, process improvement, and building high-performing teams.

Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.

Experience in chilled or fresh food manufacturing.

Understanding of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning principles.

Why Join PMFresh?

Play a key leadership role in our Queensland operations.

Be part of a growing, dynamic food manufacturing business.

Opportunity to lead a motivated team and drive meaningful improvements.

Competitive salary and benefits.

Work Environment
Based at our Queensland operations site, this role requires occasional travel between local sites and flexibility during peak periods or unplanned supply chain events.
