**Scheduling Administrator**:

We are looking for a highly motivated Scheduling Administrator to join our busy Scheduling team based in Osborne Park.

This role reporting to the Scheduling manager plays an integral role in the smooth running of our Scheduling team.

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- General administration tasks to assist the scheduling and team;
- Producing quantities, orders and bookings of earthworks and slabs;
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure material orders (including on-site extras) are delivered to site within specified time frames and correct quantities to achieve build targets;
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors and check invoices for price matching;
- Provide timely communications with Construction Manager and Supervisors to support the build process and achieve build targets, including assisting with any variations to plans, materials and delivery times;
- Monitor the progress of the construction projects through the works management system (Click Homes) to update and complete tasks for appropriate action in line with timeframes;
- Resolve issues related to Scheduling and when necessary escalate to the appropriate Manager for resolution; and
- Any other duties appropriate to the role, as assigned.

**To be considered for the role, you will have**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in residential construction;
- Proficient computing skills (Click Homes desirable but not essential);
- High attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written;
- Strong organisation and time management skills;
- Quick learner who works well within a team; and
