**The Opportunity**

A newly created position has become available to join our wider Operations and Technology team on a full-time 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to QIC's path of major technology transformation including cloud technology. Part of this role, you will contribute to a custom solution we are bringing in house, which is a corporate reporting tool for our finance and investment team.

**The key accountabilities include but are not limited to**:

- Deliver solutions based on best practices and principles in Microsoft 365, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics, and Power BI.
- Engage with various business units to understand their needs and how Microsoft 365 technology solutions can assist the resolution of these requests and issues.
- Gain an understanding of what the business does and how it operates, examining existing business processes to identify gaps, opportunities for improvements and automation.
- Capture user requirements as user stories, develop and document solutions and develop proof of concepts as required.
- Assist in implementing the new processes, features and tools and document improvements, measure these and repeat the process.
- Produce supporting documentation for Microsoft 365 based solutions.
- Maintain currency of Microsoft 365 skillset to understand what can be achieved OOTB through configuration and no code solutions.

**About You**
- At least 2 years experience in Microsoft 365 including, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics, and PowerBI.
- Skills in utilising Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Dynamics to deliver practical solutions.
- Ability to advise and implement Microsoft 365 products such as Power Automate, Power Apps including both model-driven and canvas apps and Dynamics.
- Ability to deliver technology using the Agile approach and within project governance and project frameworks.
- Skilled and experience in the analysis of IT requirements and the design and deployment, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of IT systems.
