Job Description: As a Microsoft 365 Team Director, you will play a key role in leading our team of high-performing professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members, and performing scheduling, estimating, and resource planning to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team workload and priorities to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).">

  • Ensure all escalations are addressed with effective communication to stakeholders and associated parties.">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies. Proven leadership experience in a Microsoft 365-focused role is also essential, along with deep technical knowledge across one or more Microsoft 365 services.
