As an M365 Administrator, you will have the opportunity to support and maintain Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective management of Microsoft 365 platforms.

• Provide expert technical assistance on infrastructure, security, and cloud services.

• Foster excellent relationships with senior executives and other key stakeholders.

• Develop and implement technical change management activities to improve operational efficiency.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of operating models that enhance business processes.

• Investigate complex technical issues and collaborate with team members to resolve these problems.

• Promote a positive work culture within the ICT Services Branch aligned with Agency values.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience of at least three years in supporting Microsoft 365 services.

• Proven expertise in infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.

• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.

• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

• High level customer service and support skills.

• Experience working in government or providing services to government agencies.
