We offer a wide range of IT services in Security, infrastructure and Systems Integration to a diverse customer base throughout Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia and Europe.About the engagement:Green Light are looking for a D365 Support Consultant (CE) to join our Australian delivery team on an exciting and challenging end customer projects.
Strong MS Dynamics 365 CE experience as a Support Consultant managing projects within customer experience (CE) is essential in this role.Playing a key part in delivering within this cross skilled environment, it is imperative that you are able to provide advice to enterprise end customers in regard to D365 CRM in current environments and also as an SME for project migrations through to process and technical integration.Responsibilities:Gains understanding of customer's needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
Provides business perspective into developing functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed.Responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers' data sources into Microsoft's sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models.
Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and integration.Implements reports per requirements documents and standards.Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.Participates in system and acceptance testing.Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.Has awareness of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step; understands how the development and related testing activities fit into the overall customer engagement lifecycle.Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRMProven record supporting and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions as a Functional ConsultantDemonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMDynamics 365 CRM specifically with Customer ExperienceIdeally from a Systems Integrator backgroundA team player with a positive attitudeAble to guide customer discussions related to digital transformation and relating back to customer value.Culture:Innovative and continually improving cloud-based environment which encourages technical improvement and diversityLarge enterprise end customerCollaborative work environmentBenefits:Long term engagement, that has the chance of extensionDiverse enterprise environment, with an opportunity to develop agnostic experience across significant end customer environmentsAttractive working environment – emphasis on training and flexibilityHow to Apply:Click APPLY or contact John – Senior Resource Manager for a confidential discussion with Green Light Worldwide.
