**Digital Solutions Expert Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Operations and Technology team on a full-time 12-month contract.

This exciting opportunity is part of our technology transformation journey, including the adoption of cloud solutions. You will contribute to developing a custom corporate reporting tool for our finance and investment team.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Delivering innovative solutions based on best practices in Microsoft 365 technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics, and Power BI.
- Collaborating with business units to understand their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement through Microsoft 365 technology solutions.
- Analyzing existing business processes to identify gaps and areas for automation and improvement.
- Capturing user requirements, developing and documenting solutions, and creating proof-of-concepts as needed.
- Implementing new processes, features, and tools, and documenting improvements and outcomes.
- Providing supporting documentation for Microsoft 365-based solutions.
- Maintaining currency of Microsoft 365 skills to stay up-to-date with configuration and no-code solution capabilities.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics, and Power BI.
- Strong skills in utilizing Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics to deliver practical solutions.
- Ability to advise and implement Microsoft 365 products such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dynamics.
- Proven ability to work within Agile methodologies and project governance frameworks.
- Skilled in analyzing IT requirements and designing, deploying, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems.
