- 5+ years developing and managing channel programs and demonstrated success in creating professional, compelling and lead generation strategies
- 5+ years of marketing communications experience
- 5+ years of sales or acquisition experience
- 3+ years of SQL coding experience and database analysis
- Strong sense of brand and editorial voice; the ability to harmonize message across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
- Outstanding and polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Successfully able to present to and influence management at the Director level and above and are capable of writing and owning large, complex documents.
- High quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.

Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more. We are seeking a Program Manager - Onboarding for Amazon Flex in Australia. In this role, you will be the single threaded leader responsible to accelerate, improve and innovate the onboarding experience for Delivery Partners (DP's) in Australia and Singapore for Amazon Flex for the purpose of improved business acquisition. This is a unique opportunity to own the onboarding funnel end to end, improving, learning and communicating with prospect Delivery Partners looking to pick up opportunities delivering smiles in the last mile delivery for the Amazon Flex business. across the AMZL program.
- Master's degree/MBA in business with focus on marketing and communications
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive highly collaborative fast paced environment
- Comfortable w/ ambiguity, set vision - able to establish marketing direction and vision across the entire organization
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
